Turn a photo into a morbid portrait/painting

Hello, in this tutorial I'm going to teach you how to turn a photo into a morbid portrait/painting. This is the photo I used.

As I'm sure you'll be interested in the result, here is what we'll be making. :)

After you've opened the photo, duplicate the layer (background). You should now go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blue, and apply the filter with these settings:

Open up the Hue/Saturation settings by pressing Ctrl + U, and use the settings displayed on the screenshot below.
