Combine two photos/images together to create an awesome "Talk To The Hand" Effect

First of all, we will need an image to work with, you can use this one (click on the image for the high-resolution version):

Then open the image you would like to merge with the first one (you can use this one, just right click and save).

Now, copy the layer from the "mouth" image, into the document/file containing the boy. use the eraser tool to clear out the unneeded parts of the mouth, and you should get something like this:

As our image in here is grayscale, we need to color it a little bit to give a more realistic feeling.

You can press CTRL + U, and use the settings above. Make sure Colorize is checked.
