Creating snake tongue woman with dramatic effects

| Start
by opening an image of a model. |
|
| Duplicate the layer. Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation
window. Apply settings as shown. |

|
| Change the layer mode to "Screen". Select and
merge both the layers. |
|
| Create snake's tongue shape using pen tool. |
|
| Double click the layer to open layer style window.
Apply settings as shown. |

|
|
|
| Create selection of upper lips using polygon
lasso tool. |
|
| Press Ctrl+J to copy paste the selection in a
new layer. Move this layer above all the layers in layer order in layer
palette. |
|
| Create a selection as shown below using lasso
tool. Create a new layer and fill it with black color. Move this layer below
the tongue layer in layer order in layer palette. |

| Create selection of eyeball using polygon lasso
tool. |
|
| Create a new layer and fill it with yellow to
black gradient in radial mode. |
|
| Change the layer mode to "Color Dodge". |
|
| Repeat the above mentioned steps for the other
eye. |
|
| Select dodge tool and apply this tool on hair
area to create shining over it. |
