Creating a photo frame with flowers and vines arrangement

Create "Square frame" shape using custom shape tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Create a curved shape surrounding the width of frame using pen tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Create a few leaves on both sides of the vine using custom shape tool.

Similarly create more vines and leaves on all sides of the frame.

Insert cutout of a bouquet of flowers.

Place on both sides of the frame as shown below.

Insert any image and move this layer below all the layers in layer order in layer palette.
