Retouching a photograph to remove facial imperfections

Start by opening closeup of a face with scars and moles.

Select patch tool from the tool bar.

Create selection of a mole using patch tool.

Drag the selection to the clean portion of skin. The mole will be remove like magic.

Keep applying this patch tool technique to erase out all the ugly spots from the skin.

Select healing brush tool.

Press Alt and click on the clean area to define source pixels. Release the Alt key and click on target area that needs to be cleaned up.
