Creating larger than life fantasy art |
| Start by opening an image of a frozen river. |

| From "Filter" menu select Distort>>Diffuse Glow. Apply settings as shown. |

| Insert another image of a woman preferably lying on a bed or a couch. |
 |
| Knockout the background elements using your favorite technique. |
 |
| Select eraser tool. Use a wide radius and feathered settings to smoothly erase hard edges near feet of the woman. |

| Change the layer mode to "Luminosity". |
 |

| Duplicate the layer and change the layer mode to "Saturation". |
|
| Create selection of the the water as shown below. |
 |
| Select the background layer and press Ctrl+J to copy paste the selection in a new layer. Move this layer above all the layers in layer order in layer palette. Change the layer mode to "Hard Light". |

| From "Layer" menu select New Adjustment Layer>>Hue/Saturation. Apply settings as shown. |
